Using activity patterns, thermal and moisture scanning, we trace the infestation back toward its source — often outside the building entirely.
3. Eliminate It
Chemical soil treatment, in-ground baiting and monitoring stations, or above-ground bait placed directly on active workings — matched to the biology, not a one-size-fits-all spray.
4. Verify & Protect
Follow-up checks confirm colony elimination, then we close the loop with ongoing protection so it can’t happen again.

Most treatment failures happen because the termites were never identified — the visible activity gets sprayed, the colony survives, and six months later they’re back through a different wall. We treat the cause.

How do you decide which treatment to use?

Will the treatment kill the whole colony?
That’s the goal of every treatment we install. Baiting systems work by transfer — foraging termites carry the treatment back to the nest — while chemical soil treatments eliminate termites that contact the treated zone and protect the structure ongoing.
Is the treatment safe for my family and pets?
