Every treatment at BPTS is grounded in biology — which is why results last.
Why are the pests here in the first place? Moisture, harbourage, a food source, a gap in the building envelope. Answer that question and the treatment holds. Skip it and you are booking the same job again next season.
Generic solutions produce generic results. Two ants that look identical to the eye can need completely different baits. Identification comes first, always — and it is done in the field, not guessed from a photo.
The goal is a problem that stays solved, not a repeat booking. That means fixing the conditions as well as the population, and telling you plainly what needs to change around the property.
You will see the evidence, understand the reasoning and hear an honest recommendation — including ‘you don’t need treatment’ when that is the truthful answer.

What is an accredited Field Biologist?+
A pest management professional who has completed formal accreditation in insect biology, pest identification, harbourage analysis and integrated pest management. There are only around 60 in Australia. In practice it means the species is identified properly before anything is applied.
Who actually attends the job?+
Joel does. BPTS is a specialist operation rather than a franchise, so the person who inspects the property is the person who designs the treatment, applies it and returns for any follow-up.

Is BPTS licensed and insured?+
Yes — a full Victorian pest control licence, Field Biologist accreditation and HACCP certification, with work carried out to Australian Standards AS 3660 for termite management and AS 4349.3 for timber pest inspections.

Both. Residential termite and pest work across Central Victoria, and documented commercial programs for food businesses, aged care, childcare and hospitality sites that are audited.
