Tell us what is happening
The more you can describe — where, what, how long — the better the first advice will be.
Inside or outside, which room, which wall, near the meter box, in the roof void, along a fence line. Location tells a biologist an enormous amount before anyone opens a toolbox.
Mud tracking on brickwork, timber that sounds hollow, sawdust-like frass, ants trailing to a food source, droppings, scratching in the ceiling, a nest under an eave. Describe it plainly — identification comes later, in the field.
A week, a season, or something you have quietly noticed for years. The timeline changes how a property is inspected and what is likely underneath the problem.
Sprays from the hardware store, a previous treatment, a barrier installed by someone else. Knowing what has already been applied matters — particularly with termites, where the wrong product can scatter a colony.

Who answers the phone?+
Joel does. BPTS is a specialist operation rather than a franchise, so there is no call centre and no sales layer between you and the person who will be inspecting the property.
Can I send photos of what I have found?+
Yes, and they genuinely help. Send the enquiry form first, then reply to Joel with the photos attached. Photos narrow the possibilities — but the species is confirmed in the field, not from an image.
